Is my pool safe to swim in?

Your pool should be a safe place for you and your family, as long as it’s properly maintained. There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and spas^[1]. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and spas should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19 and we can help you with that. The same goes for saltwater pools, which convert salt into chlorine.

Our mobile service is still operating

We are actively monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and following official Government guidelines. Our mobile service remains open across the country, and we will continue to act on official health advice. We all have a part to play to help reduce the spread of the virus, and we have put in place preventative measures for all our employees. We are increasing the frequency in which we disinfect commonly shared surfaces and are supplying our employees with hand sanitizers, disinfect wipes and sprays.

We will still service your pool

To help ensure your pool stays healthy, services, maintenance and repairs will continue as scheduled unless otherwise directed by the client. Our pool technicians are also armed with disinfectants and have been instructed to wipe down vehicle surfaces, tools and equipment. All our pool technicians always use their own equipment, rather than yours, which also helps prevent cross-contamination.

We’re also working on new services and solutions to provide you and your pool with the best possible service.
